Fabia Phillips-Lawrence has always had a passion for media and communication. She previously worked as a Broadcast Journalist with CVM-TV and HOT-102 FM and has more than 15 years of experience in the broadcast industry. She holds a B.A. in Mass Communication, an A.A in English (Writing Emphasis) from Northern Caribbean University, and an MSc in International Public and Development Management from the University of the West Indies.

She joined the NCU Media Group in January 2017. In her role as Programmes’ Manager, Fabia has responsibility for all programs and content to be aired on NCU Radio, found on the FM dial at 91.1, 91.3 and 91.5 FM and on NCU TV aired on channel 188 and 617 on the FLOW network.
