During his early years of life, Gosford became involved in operating the audio and multimedia system at his church and high school.

As a student worker in the media department, he received invaluable experience in most areas of the field. He became a talented videographer, television director, video editor and the first Jib operator for the Media services. During his studies, he went on internship at the leading production house in the Caribbean, Phase 3 Productions. While there, he was able to gain more experience. After this internship, he continued working with Phase 3 on projects and later became a part time video editor in Media Services at NCU. However, after graduating in 2010 with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication he was hired on a full time basis. He continued working as a video editor but was promoted to lead a new department under the NCU Media Group. A year later, he was given the additional role of Production Manager of the NCU Media Group which he currently holds.
